[Westborough] High School offers many clubs to provide services to individuals or communities like Best Buddies, Humane Society, GSA, etc. A friend of mine, Ellie Kudej, has recently started her own chapter of Period. Their mission is to end period poverty. The initiative is to help those who menstruate that cannot afford to buy hygiene products. So far, the club has started a drive to help raise supplies to give them to the Food Pantry and the Women’s Shelter in Worcester for Christmas. The club also seeks to end period stigma in society by raising awareness about what menstruation is and what it looks like for different people.

And for Westborough High School students!

Period Club is hosted in Ms. Waterman’s room C300. If you are interested in Period Club, please contact Ellie Kudej for more information or questions at kudejeli24@student.westboroughk12.org or Ms. Waterman.
